Summit Rules & Guidelines

Please read the 3-day participation and eligibility criteria before submitting your registration.

General Instructions & Eligibility

There is Strictly No On-Spot Registration. All participants must register via this official portal.

Day 1 is exclusively for Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai students (Intra-College Arena).

Day 2 & Day 3 are open to all external colleges and universities across India (Sathyabama students are not permitted for Day 2 & Day 3).

For Day 1 events, the college is permanently locked to Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai.

For Day 2 & Day 3 events, delegates must select their institution from the external college directory.

Participant details must include Full Name, valid Email Address, 10-digit Phone Number, and College Name.

Carry your official Institution ID Card and digital registration pass at all times during the summit.

Registration fees: ₹150 (Sathyabama students for Day 1) / ₹250 (External college students for Day 2 & Day 3) per participant.

Complimentary meals and hospitality are provided for all registered summit delegates.

On-campus accommodation will be provided upon prior request for outstation teams.

Registration & Delegate Details

Register through this official portal by selecting your arena and entering delegate details.

For team events, the Team Leader enters primary contact info (Name, Email, Phone Number, College) and adds team members.

Every delegate in a team must have their individual Name, Email, and Phone Number recorded.

Each event enforces strict team size constraints (Solo = 1, Duo = 2, Squad = 2 to 6 members).

Keep your 12-digit UPI Transaction / UTR Reference ID ready for payment verification.

Upon successful submission, an official digital VIP Pass is issued for entry and attendance validation.
